At Evergreen & Twine, we take pride not only in the artistry of our handmade products but also in how they’re packaged and delivered to you. Each item is carefully boxed by hand using our own packaging to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

 

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping is included in the price of each product—there are no added fees at checkout.

 

Carriers

 

We ship all orders via UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

 

Processing Time

  • Each order is packed by hand and typically ships within 3–5 business days.

  • During holidays or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

 

Delivery Time

  • UPS delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package once it’s in transit.

 

Packaging

  • All packaging is handmade in-house to ensure each order is secure and aligned with our artistic values.

  • Because our products are fragile and unique, we pack each item with extra care.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

​​

  • Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, UPS is responsible for its delivery.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at evergreenandtwine@icloud.com and we’ll help investigate and work toward a resolution.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for how to report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
