Refund Policy

Effective Date: 5/29/2025

At Evergreen & Twine, every item we create is handmade, carefully crafted, and completely one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we offer store credit depending on the circumstances.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right. Please email us at evergreenandtwine@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your request, we’ll review the information and offer a solution, which may include:

  • A replacement (if possible)

  • Store credit

Note: We may not be able to replace certain items due to their one-of-a-kind nature, but we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

We do not offer store credit or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight variations in color, shape, or texture (due to the handmade nature of our items)

  • Late shipments due to carrier delays

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping is included in the price of each item. In the rare case of damage, we offer store credit only. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
